I am an Art Team Lead at MAMMOTH XR, currently a subsidiary of Lion Gaming Group.
I am highly focused on texture art, with a preference for environments and prop modeling. I absolutely love telling stories through texture, props and environments. I am extremely well-versed in running the pipeline from concept to modeling, sculpting, texturing and lighting, all the way to implementation of assets in game engines. My experience at MAMMOTH XR has given me the opportunity to wear many hats, and I have knowledge in most areas of the production pipeline.
I am responsible for project management of tasks assigned to the Art Department. I lead a team of 5 artists to produce deliverables for clients of Lion Gaming Group. I work directly with clients to assess their needs, and provide solutions for requests. I create all 3D assets for use in first-party proprietary casino games, and create themed environments for luxury packages.
I am responsible for creating most 3D assets for use in client-focused VR/AR productions, implemented through the Unity game engine. I work with the team to craft environments and assets to client specifications, taking special care to make sure assets remain low-poly for use in mobile VR/AR applications. I am also responsible for texturing and exporting packages for easy implementation into the game engine.
I freelanced graphic design under my own name for 4 years prior to founding Sixbysix. I have been doing graphic design under the brand since 2014. We primarily cater to boutique businesses around Edmonton, specializing in print and web graphics for restaurants.
